When I wanted to start this blog we had two little Dachshunds (Doxie's). I found what I thought was the perfect picture and planned to share their many antics along with pictures and maybe even some videos. Marcie's passing put that on hold. It took a while to come to grips with losing her and being able to write about our Doxies. It's been almost 6 months since she passed and I think I'm ready to begin sharing. Growing up we had Doxies and since I've been married we've had three along with two cats a ferret and one terrier mix.
Over the next little while, I'd love to start with Marcy and Howie's story and within that branch out into how our other furbabies fit into the story of our life.
Some topics I've noticed folks need to talk about concerning their dogs are health issues, training, birthdays, activities, and how to deal with the passing of a pet.
I'll be diving into these topics as we start the blog.
